Het seizoen 1981/82 van de Nederlandse Eredivisie voetbal was het 26ste seizoen waarin onder de KNVB-vlag een professionele Eredivisie werd gevoetbald. Ajax werd landskampioen. De Graafschap, FC Den Haag en MVV degradeerden. Wim Kieft (Ajax) werd Europees topscorer met 32 goals.
